How to Submit a Ticket

After logging into the console, go to the 'Ticket System' in the sidebar, select the issue type and describe the details; you can link the current instance to help engineers quickly locate the problem.

  1. Log in to your vpszap account Use the same email as for ordering and console access; if not registered, you can register for free first, then submit a ticket.
  2. Open the Ticket System Go to the ticket panel from the left navigation bar of the console and click 'Submit New Ticket'.
  3. Fill in Type & Details Specify the issue type (technical support / billing inquiry / business cooperation); you can upload screenshots or paste error messages.
