By accessing, registering, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise using our services through the website or API, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms"). If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Special Notice:Monthly/quarterly payments aresubscription-based with auto-renewal; daily (and weekly, if offered on the product page) plans are generallyone-time purchases for a fixed period, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout. The specifics are governed by what is displayed at the time of your order.This service generally does not offer refunds or chargebacks(except where otherwise required by mandatory law or regulations), see Section 6 for details.
1. Service Description
vpszap provides customers withdedicated physical Mac mini(based on Apple M-series models and web configuration) remote rental, including data center hosting, network access, and plan-basedbandwidth and dedicated IP(as described on the order page), and remote access viaSSH, VNCand other remote access methods. Optional add-on services may includeSSD expansion, Thunderbolt daisy-chainingetc., subject to the options available at checkout.
Service deployment regions include Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, US West, and others; specific availability and inventory are subject to real-time display on the website. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or specification adjustments on the platform and will notify customers of changes that may have a material impact through reasonable means.
2. Account Registration & Security
You should provide truthful, accurate, and contactable registration information (including email address) and safeguard your password and verification code. The registration process supportsemail + verification code; login supportsemail + verification codeoremail + password. You are responsible for all activities under your account; if you discover unauthorized use, please notify us immediately.
In anot-logged-in state, you may still be able to complete part of the ordering process. To manage orders, receive activation notices, and use the console, you will need tolog in or register an accountto complete the association. Logged-in users may modify their password or email according to product features (subject to the actual console capabilities).
3. Orders, Tickets & Delivery Process
The typical process is:Place Order → Payment Successful → Create Ticket / Internal Fulfillment Order → Device Configuration & Delivery → Activation Notice. You can view order progress and device status in the console (e.g., pending activation, in use, expired, ended, etc.; specific labels are subject to system display).
Thepower on, power off, restartoperations in the console may be executed throughthe ticketing systemor internal processes;VNCentry points may be available by product phase or labeled as reserved capabilities. You should only operate instances within the scope of lawful authorization and back up important data yourself.
4. Fees & Payment
Prices are subject to thedaily / weekly / monthly / quarterlyplans shown on the order page, and reasonable differences may exist between sites or promotions. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction; if tax collection is required, it will be shown at checkout.
We currently process payments throughthird-party payment channels(e.g., "Cainiao Easy Pay" and other similar channels that may be added in the future). You must comply with the payment service provider's user agreement; we are not responsible for failures, delays, or chargebacks caused by banks, payment institutions, or your own actions, but will assist you in verifying the order status within a reasonable scope.
Payment Rules:Unless otherwisemandatoryprovisions of applicable laws and regulations,payments already made will not be refunded due to your unilateral reasons; no refunds, reimbursements, or 'return-like' refunds are provided. See Section 6 for details.
5. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation
For plans labeled assubscriptionmonthly / quarterlyplans: unless you follow the on-page instructions tocancel auto-renewal, the service will be automatically renewed at the original period upon expiration. Ensure your payment method is valid; failed renewals may result in service suspension or instance reclamation.
Fordailyand (if applicable)weeklyand othernon-subscriptionplans: generally a one-time prepaid purchase for a fixed usage period,ending upon expiration, with no automatic charge for the next period, unless the product page explicitly states auto-renewal.
Canceling auto-renewal, ceasing use, or unilaterally terminating the contractdoes not automatically result ina refund of already paid amounts; whether paid fees can be refundedis governed solely by Section 6 and mandatory provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
6. No-Refund Policy & Refund Statement
This service generally does not provide refunds, reimbursements, or 'return-like' refunds of already paid amounts.After you complete payment and the order enters the fulfillment or delivery process, unless applicable laws and regulations otherwise havemandatorymandatory provisions, the amounts already collectedwill not be refunded— including but not limited to: unused or partially used service time, inability to connect due to your own network/client/credentials/third-party software issues, dissatisfaction with service performance or experience, changes in business plans, etc.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:cancel auto-renewalor similar operations only affectwhether to continue the next billing cyclebilling,and do not constitutegrounds for claiming refunds or discounts on already prepaid or chargedcurrent and previous cycleamounts. For daily, weekly, and other prepaid plans, from the agreed service start date or when we fulfill the primary delivery obligation, the payments are similarlygenerally non-refundable..
Any terms such as 'refund,' 'reversal,' or 'transaction closed' that may appear on the console, payment channel, or bank side, if caused by channel technical processing, risk control, or regulatory reporting,shall not be construed asa commitment by us to refund the service fee to you; whether a refund occursis governed solely by these Terms, the order agreement, and our written confirmation..
7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may not use the service to engage in the following activities (including but not limited to):
- Activities that violate the laws and regulations of the service deployment location, your location, or any applicable jurisdiction;
- Sending spam, conducting network scanning and attacks, DDoS, mining (unless authorized by us in writing), or distributing malware;
- Infringing on others' intellectual property, privacy, or reputation, or engaging in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activities;
- Actions that create unreasonable risks to the system stability, security, or reputation of us or other customers.
We reserve the right to investigate suspicious activity and, if necessary,suspend or terminatethe service and take legally permitted measures; in cases of termination due to your breach of contract or serious violation of the Acceptable Use Policy,already paid amounts will not be refunded.(unless otherwise mandatorily required by applicable laws and regulations).
8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We are committed to providing highly available infrastructure. Except for scheduled maintenance or force majeure, our monthly target isno less than 99.9%network and power availability (measured at the data center level, excluding software failures within your instance). If the target is not met, we may separately announce remediation arrangements to the extent permitted by law and commercially reasonable;such arrangements do not constitute a commitment to cash compensation, refunds, or unilateral price reimbursement, nor do they relieve you of your obligation to pay fees due and payable under the agreement.
9. Intellectual Property and Data
The vpszap brand, website, console interface, documentation, and underlying platform code are owned by us or our licensors. Data and applications you upload, install, or generate belong to you; you grant us a license to process such data to the extent necessary to provide and improve the service.
10. Disclaimer
Except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law, the service is provided on an"as is" and "as available"basis. We do not guarantee that instances will be completely uninterrupted or fully meet your specific business objectives, nor are we responsible for third-party software, dependencies you install yourself, or the general state of the internet.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption). Ouraggregate liabilityto you arising from this service, for the period oftwelve (12) months prior to the dispute, shall not exceed the total fees you have actually paid for the relevant service.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; for subscriptions, please cancel renewal before the next billing date. We may, when you violate these terms, fail to pay on time, or there is a security risk,suspend or terminatethe service.Regardless of the reason for termination or unilateral cessation of use, fees already paid are generally non-refundable(unless otherwise mandatorily required by applicable laws and regulations). After termination, we will delete instance data after a reasonable period, except as required to be retained by law; please back up your data in advance.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The formation, validity, and interpretation of these terms are governed bySingapore law. Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted tothe Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC)for arbitration under its then-current arbitration rules, unless otherwise mandatorily required by applicable law.
14. Amendments and Contact
We may revise these terms; if a revision materially affects your rights, we will provide at least30 days'advance notice via email or website announcement. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revision. If you disagree, you should stop using the service and settle any outstanding fees.
